Either most people are choosing wisely the first time, or they're just rushing into things without studying the choices. Probably a little of both.The real estate agent you choose should be able to clearly understand your needs.
3. It's important that you have a good feeling when speaking to your agent. — You will probably be working with your Realtor anywhere from 2 to 12 months, so it helps to get along with them. Interpersonal skills are as important as professional skills.
4. Find out how they search for. — When choosing a real estate pro, ask how they shop houses. Some real estate agents have their own preferred listings that they favor.
