It's fun to get a taste of Falls Church at the Fall Festival. In addition to local cuisine, the festival has live entertainment, pony rides, amusement rides, crafters, businesses, and civic organizations.
Falls Church is near numerous historic sites including Cherry Hill Farm, which was part of a pre-Revolutionary War plantation located at the crossroads of a trail from Winchester to Alexandria and another trail to the Little Falls on the Potomac River.
At the annual Civil War Day, Falls Church re-enactors portray civilians
and soldiers to show what life was like at that time.
Falls Church is served by the West Falls Church and East Falls Church Metro stations.
