But putting that aside, this post isn’t about this real estate in 22041. As interesting as that property is, what I really want to write about is the reasons I love Falls Church Virginia. Here’s a few reasons:
- The Washington and Old Dominion Railroad Regional Park is a 45-mile multi-use rail-trail that is owned and operated by the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority. About 2 miles of the W&OD trail wind through the City of Falls Church.
- Falls Church has a suburban atmosphere despite having some of the tallest high-rises in the area.
- Falls Church is close to the pools, batting cages, trails and other attractions of Upton Regional Park.
- Falls Chuch is close to several major employment centers. This means that when it’s time to sell your home there will be a buyer.
