If Everyone In Great Falls Loved Their Neighbor As They Love Themselves

When you're thinking about purchasing real estate, does it make good business sense to love the seller? Photo of 10110 Walker Lake Dr I've always practiced the Golden Rule in my personal life, but when I became a Realtor, I also pledged to apply the Golden Rule to all my business dealings. But what does that mean when you're talking about buying real estate in Great Falls? It doesn't mean that you need to buy a home in Seven Corners when you want a home in Great Falls. It doesn't mean that you need to be stupid. But it does mean that: We never make promises we don't intend to keep. We're not interested in wasting the seller's time or the listing agent's time.
