Is It Possible To Love Yourself & Love The Seller When Spending $337,000 For A 3-BR Garden-Style Condo In Fairfax County?

When buying a home, should the buyer sincerely think about buying actions affect others, including the seller? Photo of 10300 Bushman Dr #104 I was taught the Golden Rule when I was very young and it has served me well. But how can the Golden Rule apply when the other party has a garden-style condo selling for $337,000 but you want to pay $320,150? It doesn't mean that you're expected to pay more than a property like 10300 Bushman Dr #104 is worth. It doesn't mean a seller in 22124 doesn't expect you the buyer to pursue tough negotiations. But it does mean that: We want to act honorably and honestly in all our actions. We never make promises we don't intend to keep.
