Reagan National Airport is in Arlington VA. Arlington is also reasonably close to both Dulles International and Baltimore Washington International Airport.
Arlington County has some of the best public schools in the national capital region, and in the country. Both Pine Spring, and Tuckahoe Elementary Schools and Jackson, and Williamsburg Middle Schools are well regarded.
Surprisingly, Arlington has a number of great locations for bird-watching. Among these is Long Branch Nature Center, a 95.5-acre green, forested area with many nature trails, a popular dog park, an amphitheater, kids’ playground, and well-maintained picnic spaces.
Shirlington is a little gem in Arlington. It has a unique sidewalk cafe atmosphere and is home to PBS.
