Is It Possible To Love Yourself & Love The Seller When Spending $668,500 For A 4-BR House In Alexandria?

When you're thinking about buying a home, should you as a buyer pause to consider the transaction from the seller's point of view? Photo of 2302 Wilkinson Pl I believe there is an incredible synergy to be found in mutually beneficial relationships. I have found that mutually beneficial relationships are well worth all of the time, effort, and energy you can put into them. But how does that apply to a seller when you're a home buyer in Alexandria? It doesn't mean a seller in 22306 doesn't expect you the buyer to pursue tough negotiations. It doesn't mean you should settle for a house. But it does mean that: We never would consider putting offers on more than one property at the same time. (Assuming the buyer can only afford to buy one property.)We never want to argue or yell. If there is no possibility for agreement, it's time to move on—without hurt feelings.
