Rose Hill is a suburban community mostly composed of red brick, single-family homes, with mostly four bedrooms, built in the 1950s on spacious, treed lots that overlook the Eisenhower Valley.  Interestingly, the land that became the Rose Hill was part of an 18th century plantation called Rose Hill, hence the name.  Residents of Rose Hill have easy access the Huntington and the Franconia/Springfield Metro stations.  Rose Hill Farms is served by Rose Hill (Elementary and Middle School), and Thomas A.
