The architectural and landscaping designs are still visible as a neighborhood and within individual homes gaining national recognition and awards for Hollin Hills in the past till the present while being listed in the Fairfax County Virginia, Inventory of Historic Sites.

- Revere Quality House award in 1950 from the Southwest Research Institute.
- 2 Test of Time awards for houses at Stafford Road in 1982 from the Virginia Society of the American Institute of Architects.
