Skyline Square Condominiums are contemporary style architecture which offers each resident the highest quality of living with many amenities to meet each residents needs. Skyline Square amenities are numerous and include an outdoor swimming pool with cabanas. Hours for the pool are typically from 10:30am to 8:30pm 7 days a week with lifeguards always on duty. This is a coed-facility that is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week but those who feel uncomfortable, separate facilities are available with hours from 5:00am to 11:00pm. Party rooms are available to host any functions and can hold up to a 150 guests. Located on the penthouse and ground levels are card and billiard rooms with two billiard tables each. The ground level card room is also the Skyline Square Library.

The North Building of Skyline Square has a total of 455 units and the South Building has 395 units with average square footage of 1100. The kitchen includes a kitchen table, oven/range-electric, disposal, microwave, and dishwater. The garage is attached with covered parking and assigned parking spaces for residents.

Schools located in the Skyline Square area include Glen Forest, Baileys, Parklawn Elementary, Glasgow, Holmes, Twain middle schools, Stuart, Thomas Jefferson, and Edison high schools.
