Arlandia Profile
Located in the north eastern part of Alexandria, Arlandia was named after “ Arlington” and “Alexandria” for the location on the border of Arlington and Alexandria. The Four Mile Run can be seen in the north, West Glebe road to the south and south west while Route 1 on the east. Arlandia is just to the north of Del Ray from Mount Vernon Avenue. Arlandia is also called Chirilagua by its residents after an El Salvadoran village that was home to some immigrants before they came to Del Ray. International cuisines and shopping experiences can be discovered in many small shops.
