Designed and developed in the late 40’s, Hollin Hill’s houses are built with large expanses of glass and sleek lines, bringing national recognition from the 50’s up to date. Landscaping architects designs show that interior spaces flowing or rather blending into the exteriors, while the grounds of one home merge and blending with the next showcasing a park like neighborhood. Up to date, the original designs still remain in the neighborhood and in each home.
