A few quick facts about Kingstowne: compared to most subdivisions, Kingstowne is immense. Kingstowne is more than 5.3 square miles or roughly 3400 acres. Kingstowne is home for more people than many counties in Virginia!  Kingstown has about 22,000 residents. Kingstowne has over 5300 homes. Kingstowne Towne Center has many of the shops and services that consumers need. Kingstowne is also well served by the Springfield Mall.
